These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Nearzo Connect Private Limited. By browsing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1Who we are
Nearzo is operated by Nearzo Connect Private Limited, a private limited company based in Perumbavoor, Kerala, India. Nearzo provides on-demand delivery of grocery, F&B, pharmacy, bakery, hardware and other daily-needs items from nearby shops, within a 5-kilometre zone covering Perumbavoor and Kuruppampady.

2Using our service
By using this website or ordering from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the service with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery, contact and payment information;
- Use the service only for lawful purposes;
- Not misrepresent who you are when placing an order;
- Keep your device and trusted contact information up to date.
Orders are accepted at our discretion and may be declined if details are unreliable or the requested items cannot be sourced.
3Placing an order
You can place an order through WhatsApp, phone, this website’s contact form, or by messaging our team. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm availability, price and delivery time. Until then, no binding agreement exists.
A delivery is not guaranteed to be available for every request. If an item you asked for is unavailable, we will tell you before charging you and, where possible, suggest a suitable substitute — which you can accept or decline.
4Prices & payment
Prices are confirmed before your order is placed. We accept cash and UPI; other payment methods may be available from time to time. Payment is due for confirmed orders as agreed (typically on delivery or at confirmation).
A delivery fee may apply depending on distance and order type, and will always be confirmed with you before dispatch. Promotional pricing or free-delivery offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5Delivery
We deliver within our 5-kilometre zone covering Perumbavoor and Kuruppampady. Most orders are delivered the same day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by availability, traffic or weather.
You are responsible for receiving the delivery and for the accuracy of the address you provide. We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm entry details for your building/locality.
6Returns & issues
If you receive a wrong, damaged or expired item, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, and we will resolve it — replacement, refund or credit, as appropriate for the item and its category.
- Perishables & food: please check and report issues on delivery;
- Non-perishable items: report within the same day for full support;
- Unopened & unused items: eligible for return/refund subject to our confirmation.
Refunds for cash orders are returned by UPI or as a credit, at our discretion. We do not accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
7Allowed use
You agree not to use Nearzo to:
- Transmit or attempt delivery of any item that is illegal, prohibited, or unsafe to transport;
- Harass, abuse or mislead our riders or support team;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or data;
- Place orders with no genuine intention to purchase.
We may refuse service or cancel orders if these rules are breached.
8Our content
All content on this website — including text, design, branding, logos and images — belongs to Nearzo Connect Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial browsing of our service.
9Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nearzo Connect Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the delivery service, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam (Perumbavoor), Kerala.
Your use of the website is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal information.
11Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
